This is a great program for people looking to buy. In a tight market, it is often harder to find that perfect home. Now, you can take a home that is "not quite" and turn it into a "just right," with easy financing that rolls the modification costs into your mortgage. Eligible modifications include everything from flooring updates or new kitchen cabinets, to bathroom remodels or even furnace replacement.

A Bell-approved contractor does all of the work and has 100 days to complete the project following the close of your loan.
This exciting program applies to detached, owner-occupied properties with conventional fixed-rate loans. A contingency reserve of 10% of the bid amount is required and can either be financed or paid by the borrower at closing. On a purchase, 5% down is required. Minimum credit score and other restrictions apply.
