The votes are in! Readers of The Forum in Fargo have once again voted Bell Bank the area’s Best Bank, Best Customer Service and Best Large Workplace.
Every year, readers vote for their favorite things in a variety of categories for a publication called Best of the Red River Valley. Bell took first place in 3 categories this year and has been among the top vote-getters in all 11 years the contest has been held.
We are honored to be recognized in this year’s “Best of” contest.
From the start, culture has driven our company, and our leadership has put people over profits – as evidenced by our unique bottom line of “Happy employees! Happy customers!” We strongly feel our employees are the secret to our performance and success. If we maintain a workplace people are proud of, they do their jobs with passion and service, and our company continues to grow.
As we’ve grown from a small bank in north Fargo into the largest independently owned bank in the Midwest, we’ve remembered our roots and what matters most. We have all the bells and whistles of a large bank, but our customers continually tell us we are still their hometown bank.
