Bell is proud to announce our recent hirings of Brenda Craft, Andrew Gaydos, Mike Kelso and Gus Schlepp, and promotions of Jordan Anderson, Eric Halvorson and Nick Kasper.
Brenda Craft is Bell’s retail underwriting manager and is responsible for managing the retail underwriting team in risk mitigation, while helping with initiatives to grow the retail loan portfolio.
A native of Kokomo, Ind., Brenda graduates from Saint Mary’s College Notre Dame and has been in banking for 15 years, with experience in lending, processing and underwriting.
Andrew Gaydos is Bell’s new physical security officer, developing and implementing security measures and policies for the organization.
Originally from Ottawa, Ill., Andrew graduated from Saint John’s University, served in the U.S. Army from 2009 to 2013, and worked in the Sheriff’s Office of Converse County, Wyo. He currently serves in the U.S. Army Reserve.
Mike Kelso is a mortgage lender at Bell Mortgage in Phoenix, Ariz., helping customers purchase or refinance their home.
A Phoenix native, Mike graduated from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, La., and began his lending career in 2004.
Gus Schlepp is a credit officer at Bell’s main location in Fargo. Gus underwrites ag and commercial loans and assists with the administration of the ag and commercial loan portfolio.
Originally from Ashley, N.D., Gus earned a finance degree from North Dakota State University and has been in banking for 7 years. He joins Bell from McIntosh County Bank, where he served assistant vice president and loan officer.
Jordan Anderson has been promoted to internal auditor at Bell. In her position, she examines all functions performed by bank personnel, reviewing and testing internal controls and assisting in the preparation of year-end financial reporting.
A native of Herman, Minn., Jordan will earn her degree in accounting from Minnesota State University Moorhead this spring. She joined Bell in 2015 as a member of the retail banking team.
Eric Halvorson has been promoted to Bell Bank’s senior vice president/Fargo commercial loan manager.
Originally from West Fargo, Eric earned his finance degree at Minnesota State University Moorhead and has been in banking for 18 years. Eric started his career as a bank examiner with the FDIC and joined Bell in 2002, serving as commercial lender and director of commercial real estate lending.
Nick Kasper has been promoted to personal banker at Bell Bank’s North Broadway location in Fargo. Nick helps customers manage their deposits and loans with Bell.
A Fargo native, Nick is a North Dakota State University graduate and has been in the banking field for the past 3 years, all of them at Bell.
